Conference Location

Conference seminars and the expo will be held in Hall D of the Orange County Convention Center, located at 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

Conference Registration Fees

Conference registration fees include all seminars, AB receptions, keynote, early-morning workout, seminar handouts and entrance to the exhibit hall. Pre-conference workshops, tours and CEUs require additional fees.

$449 first person
$399 per person for 2nd and 3rd person from same organization
$199 each for 4th person and beyond from same organization

Expo-Only Registration Fees

Can't attend the full seminar program? A free expo-only registration is available, which includes admission to the trade show floor, early-morning workout and keynote.

ExpoPlus Pass - $25
An ExpoPlus Pass includes admission to the trade show floor, early-morning workout, keynote and admittance to one Athletic Business Show seminar on Friday, Nov. 18. Seminars will be announced in May.

Registration Confirmation

If you register online, you will automatically receive a receipt when you register. If you register by fax, phone or mail, you will be mailed a paid invoice within three weeks. If you have not received a written confirmation within three weeks, please contact us at 800/722-8764 or 608/249-0186.

How to Earn CEU/CECs (Continuing Education Units/Credits)

In order to earn CEU/CECs, you must purchase a CEU card. CEU cards are $25 if purchased in advance of the conference or $40 on-site. The CEU card is a multi-page booklet listing all Athletic Business, ICAA, Medical Fitness and NAYS seminars. Following the successful completion of each seminar, be sure to have a Room Monitor stamp* the appropriate seminar in your booklet. Once you have attended all of the seminars, return your completed CEU card to the Athletic Business registration desk labeled "CEU Card Drop-Off." Your CEU card will then be processed and a transcript will be emailed to you within 4-8 weeks. If you have any questions, please email Becky or call 608-729-4186.

*Please note: If you are earning CEUs from IACET (recognized by NRPA), you will be required to complete a fairly extensive Evaluation/Assessment for EACH seminar attended. This Evaluation/Assessment can be accessed via the Athletic Business Show Mobile App and completed following each seminar or once you return home after the conference.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after Oct. 31, 2016, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

Dress Code

Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly. Please bring a sweater or light jacket.

Photo Release

We occasionally use photographs of our attendees in promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness in such materials.

ABC's Mobile App

The 2016 app will be available in the Fall. Download the 2015 app to see the schedule, seminar descriptions for AB, ICAA, MFA and NAYS, a map of the trade show floor, special event information, links to social media and much more. You can download the app onto your iPhone, iPad, Android or Web-based device (laptop or desktop computer). For iPhone, iPad and Android devices, you will first be prompted to enter in your cellular number and a link will be texted to you. Then, follow the directions and have fun exploring!

Seminar Handouts

When you register by October 31, you'll receive an email from the AB Show that will include a link to download handouts prior to leaving for the conference. Print handouts for the sessions you'll be attending in advance, or download them to your laptop, iPad or smartphone via AB Show's mobile app. For those without a device, simply print the handouts using the desktop site via the link you will receive.
